I started mapping out why progress stalls, where performance gets stuck, and how organizations accidentally suppress their own momentum. That work became Suspension Economics, my framework for understanding hidden value. From it, I built the Friction Index, a diagnostic tool that shows leaders exactly where their organization is losing speed, clarity, or capacity.

And that’s how Vantage Point Performance Consulting was born.
